MDS (Master of Dental Surgery)
The Master of Dental Surgery, or MDS, is a subspecialty of medicine that focuses exclusively on the jaw, oral, dental, and other facial regions. The MDS programme lasts for three years. Only applicants with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Science and, in certain circumstances, a year of internship experience may submit an application for this course.
Entrance exams are the only criteria for admission to MDS. The well-known entrance exams for dental programmes are AIPGDEE, NEET MDS, AIIMS PG, and others. Both state- and national-level entrance exams are available. The typical yearly cost of an MDS course varies based on the kind of institute a candidate is applying to.
